Terms of use:

Patch testing- 

All new clients to the salon will need to be patch tested and fill out a patch test form at least 48 hours before the colour service. If a patch test has not been carried out at least 48 hours before colour service then we will be unable to carry out that service it till a patch test is completed. 

Any current clients must have had a colour appointment within a 6 month time frame, if any clients that have had a colour appointment over the 6 month time frame they will need to be patch tested again and also fill out another patch test form.   

Once you are patch tested you information will be kept on record within the salon. This information will not be share with anyone else. 

If you are to have a reaction to a colour patch test the follow step will need to be carried out: 

  1. Wash the place the patch test has been carried out immediately with warm soapy water. 
  2. Contact your GP/ doctor to let them know that you have had a reaction to colour. 
  3. Contact us so we can put this reaction on your patch test form/record.  

All patch test carried out are done within the colour brand guidelines.

Chemical services can not be carried out on anyone under the age of 16.

All details given to us within the salon will be kept on record and will be stored in a safe location. All of you information stored within the salon will not be shared with anyone else.
